The Position

The Senior Product Designer will architect, evolve, and advocate for design systems. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about systems-driven design, who will drive scalable solutions and collaborate across multiple departments while integrating emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable systems in Figma.
• Integrate emerging technologies including AI and automation.
• Champion design system adoption across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Drive systematic design that balances user needs and business goals.
• Audit and enhance existing features for quality and usability.
• Advocate for inclusive design meeting WCAG standards.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of product design experience with 2+ years focused on design systems, expert-level Figma skills, strong UI fundamentals, and the ability to effectively communicate and influence across teams. Experience with front-end development is a plus.
