Job Description
Executive Assistant at Fanatics
Fanatics is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Fanatics Holding Co. executive team with high-level administrative tasks and confidential assistance. The role involves drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and handling other documentation for senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, rental cars, hotels, and dining arrangements.
- Complete office tasks: ordering supplies, coordinating interdepartmental communications and events.
- Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint and complete monthly expense reports for executives.
- Provide ad hoc support for the office of the CFO and perform related duties as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. A minimum of five years of related experience is required.

- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and rapid learning of new software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes stressful environment.
- Strong office administration and record keeping abilities.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, location, qualifications, and training.
