About the Role

The Director, Recruiting Operations at Fanatics Betting & Gaming will own the playbook for how we hire. This role is responsible for managing the tools, data, processes, and candidate experience to ensure a seamless, tech-forward recruiting system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, and AI recruiting tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruiting tech and partnerships.
  • Design scalable and consistent recruiting processes across teams and markets.
  • Eliminate friction for managers and candidates through innovative solutions.
  • Oversee recruiting dashboards, metrics, and predictive analytics for workforce planning.
  • Drive tool and process adoption via clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Ops, or People Ops.
  • 5+ years leading teams at scale.
  • Expertise in ATS/CRM systems, automation, and data visualization (e.g. Greenhouse, Oracle, GEM, Tableau).
  • Experience in scaling TA operations in high-growth environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Passion for innovation, sports, and delivering top-tier experiences.

Additional Information
