Overview

The Creative Project Manager role at Fanatics is designed for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead in-studio creative projects from brief to delivery. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced Creative Studio team, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and compliance across creative deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, tracking scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate creative workflows across teams and assign tasks to designers, copywriters, and motion designers.
• Utilize project tracking tools like Airtable, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with briefs, feedback integration, and legal standards.
• Route deliverables for timely sign-offs from creative leads, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Support process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the Creative Studio team.

Experience And Skills

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience in creative project management, digital production, or marketing operations. Required skills include a keen understanding of creative workflows, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency with project tracking tools. A collaborative mindset and the readiness to travel for events and meetings are also essential.
