BOUND is the youth media created by young people, active across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, boasting 2.1 million subscribers. It offers authentic content without filters or lectures, exploring society, culture, and daily life through short formats, interviews, vlogs, and reports with a raw, curious, and engaged perspective.
BOUND operates within the Famed & Bound Media studio, alongside brands like Famed, Pluriel, and Uppercut. Collectively, these brands reach over 8 million subscribers and generate 100 million views monthly.
Your Role
As a Cadreur Monteur, you will join a four-person team, including a video editing intern whom you will guide. You will be responsible for upholding BOUND's visual identity, moving beyond just capturing images to truly conceptualizing them. Your objective is to blend strong aesthetics, dynamic editing optimized for social platforms, and decisive editorial choices to captivate our audience.
Daily Missions
- Cadrage, réalisation et montage:
- Tourner: Ensure framing in both studio and external settings, demonstrating strong technical mastery of cameras, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Monter de A à Z: Execute complete video editing, including meticulous color grading to secure BOUND's distinctive visual style.
- Réaliser: Bring a genuine director's vision to our formats to enhance subjects and interviewees.
- Esprit d'équipe: Occasionally provide your technical expertise to other group media (Pluriel and Famed) as needed.
- Éditorial et Stratégie:
- Co-créer: Actively participate in editorial meetings, proposing subjects and developing innovative new video concepts.
- Scénariser: Contribute to the writing of video scripts.
- Analyser pour mieux monter: Monitor post-publication statistics (retention rate, watch time) and adapt your editing choices based on data to maximize the impact of future content.
- Trancher: Possess the ability to make strong and relevant editorial decisions during editing (keeping the best, cutting the superfluous).
- Production et Management:
- Organiser: Manage the organization of shoots and the creation of roadmaps.
- Industrialiser: Implement and optimize in-studio production processes (from shooting schedule to final export) to maintain the pace of a daily social media channel.
- Transmettre: Accompany, train, and manage our video editing intern.
Ideal Profile
- You have a strong passion for (and genuine knowledge of) BOUND's subjects: rap, urban culture, and today's youth.
- You perfectly master Final Cut Pro and the Adobe Suite.
- You possess solid knowledge of cameras, optics, and light management.
- You know how to create dynamic editing optimized for social networks.
- You have a strong desire for directing and a constant drive to create innovative formats.
- You are rigorous and organized, capable of structuring a fluid video production workflow.
Practical Information
- Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) for 12 months
- Start: As soon as possible (March/April 2026)
- Location: Gennevilliers (92 – metro line 13, Gabriel Péri) - Prisma Media offices.
