About the Role: Brand Designer

At Fam, we’re not just building a product; we’re building a brand that resonates with Gen Z. If you can instantly spot what makes a design click—from typography to color balance—and bring it to life across social, product, and marketing channels, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design vector illustrations for the app and marketing assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand assets and guidelines for consistency.
  • Produce creative graphics, templates, and layouts for various channels.
  • Research latest design trends and solve marketing challenges through design.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Must-Haves

  • 1–4 years of experience in visual and product design.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency.
  • A compelling portfolio that showcases design aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Experience with AI tools to optimize design performance.
  • Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office.

  • Experience working in small teams and leading creative projects.
