Falcon is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer for a portfolio company in the Aerospace & Defense manufacturing sector. The role is a key leadership position to drive scale through both inorganic and organic growth strategies as part of a control buyout platform.
Role Details
This role requires a passionate leader with a proven track record in top commercial leadership. Ideal candidates will have experience leading a $500mm+ manufacturing company or serving as a key commercial leader in a larger organization with $2B+ revenue. Heavy sales orientation, marketing, strategy, and operations skills are essential. M&A experience is a plus.
