Role Overview
The Manager, Branch Communications is responsible for leading the development and delivery of internal communications for our branch network. You will translate enterprise messaging into clear, actionable content for front-line teams, ensuring they are informed and equipped for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver clear communications including emails, digital screens, intranet articles, leadership cascades, and job aids.
- Manage intake from enterprise stakeholders and tailor messaging for branch audiences.
- Coordinate multi-channel communication strategies and maintain communication calendars and logs.
- Monitor effectiveness by tracking KPIs like website traffic, views, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure consistent editorial standards and provide accurate translations in English and French.
- Support change initiatives in collaboration with Change Management and Governance teams.
Who We Are Looking For
We require a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal communications is expected, particularly in multi-site organizations. Fluency in both French and English is essential along with outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, intranet CMS platforms, and content design apps is necessary.
