Job Description

The Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts reports to the Director of Front Office and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and resolving all guest communications professionally.
  • Maintaining guest accounts including checks, master accounts, and vouchers.
  • Executing check-in and check-out procedures with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensuring timely responses and follow-up with guests.
  • Maintaining and protecting guest privacy and discretion.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong background in guest service, and a professional presentation. Previous customer service experience is required.
