Job Description
The Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts reports to the Director of Front Office and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and resolving all guest communications professionally.
- Maintaining guest accounts including checks, master accounts, and vouchers.
- Executing check-in and check-out procedures with 100% accuracy.
- Ensuring timely responses and follow-up with guests.
- Maintaining and protecting guest privacy and discretion.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong background in guest service, and a professional presentation. Previous customer service experience is required.
