Job Description
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager in all departmental aspects and ensuring service standards are met.
- Providing managerial support for Reception, Royal Service, Fairmont Gold, and Guest Services in daily operations.
- Consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office colleagues according to productivity guidelines.
- Communicating pertinent information for each shift and area through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings.
- Training supervisors and fulfilling the trainer role in their absence.
- Assisting guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner.
- Adhering to department policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Following all safety policies.
- Performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications
- Passion for guest service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work flexibly under pressure.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and guest requests.
- Knowledge of Micros-Fidelio Property Management System is an asset.
- Certification in basic first aid is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Experience with a hotel loyalty program is an asset.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
