Overview
Faherty Brand is seeking a detail-oriented Allocation and Inventory Planner to optimize inventory, support omni-channel merchandise plans, and deliver sales and inventory productivity targets. This role is key in managing store allocation, replenishment, and overall stock efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel merchandise plans to drive sales and margins.
- Execute end-to-end planning and allocation processes.
- Create weekly and ad hoc reporting for inventory analysis.
- Allocate merchandise strategically, considering store-specific factors.
- Recommend and manage weekly replenishment strategies for optimal sell-thrus.
- Collaborate with retail teams for product requests and replenishment opportunities.
- Support new store allocations and order placements in ERP systems (NetSuite).
- Monitor late products and communicate impacts to visual teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail allocation; planning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel for allocation and analysis.
- Experience with allocation/planning systems and ERP (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in multi-channel apparel and/or footwear brands advantageous.
