Expert Data and Flux (H/F)

The client of Factoriel, a group of approximately 2000 employees in the agricultural sector, is launching a colossal transformation project, and we are looking for our future technical right-hand person to join the adventure.
The Context
The Group (Factoriel's client) is recruiting a Data and Flux expert. The IT department, with around thirty employees, supports the company's transformation. You will join the Data, Flux, and Urbanization pole (4 people) responsible for the implementation and operational maintenance of the Group's interfaces and Decision Support SI. This recruitment is taking place in a context of Data and Flux transformation, leading our Group to completely change its Data SI architecture, integrating inter-application fluxes and the Data platform.

Your Detailed Missions
As a Data and Flux expert, your missions include:
- Actively participate in the implementation of the new platform and the Data and Flux SI transformation project.
- In collaboration with the application referents and project managers of the business SI team, identify new needs / gather requests for new interfaces.
- Propose / describe / validate the architecture of new interfaces, integrating Security and infrastructure/network prerequisites.
- Contribute to their design and development.
- Propose development standards and norms, and ensure their proper application.
- Maintain up-to-date interface documentation in the mapping solution.
- Contribute to the supervision of existing interfaces.
- Intervene in correction and preventive maintenance / continuous improvement for existing interfaces.
- Contribute to compliance with the IT department's best practices and processes.
- Stay informed about market evolutions and best practice standards to maintain and evolve the platform.
Note: Depending on your profile, these missions may extend to the Decision Support SI scope.
Your Profile
The Data and Flux expert should have an expert level on a standard market platform like Talend. They will be familiar with the design, exposure, and consumption of APIs. They should have already described target architectures, designed interfaces, and implemented them.
Ideally, they will know the standards for data architecture and be able to apply them in the client's context. With good listening and comprehension skills, they will be able to translate business needs into specifications and propose solutions adapted to each type of need from a technical architecture and development implementation perspective.
Autonomous and organized, they will be able to prioritize their activities based on context and stakes, and request arbitration if necessary. Involved, they will be as invested in building future solutions / transformation projects as in the operational maintenance of the existing data and flux system. Rigorous and pedagogical, they should be able to improve the quality of solutions delivered by the team. They will have already worked in Agile/Scrum mode.
Key Criteria:
- Education: Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: Confirmed, with at least 5 years in data exchange.
- The Bonus: Knowledge of Blueway ESB/MDM, SAP BODS, or the agricultural/retail sector.
