About the role
SEO Manager DACH
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager (m/f/d) to lead the organic/ai growth strategy for the DACH region.
You’ll join an international SEO team of three SEO Managers, leading by a Head of SEO with 13+ years of experience. Your mission? Drive visibility, traffic, and qualified leads through data-driven SEO/AI strategies tailored to the German market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the SEO/AI strategy for the DACH market (on-page, off-page & technical).
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP landscape reviews to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with content, product, and growth teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels.
- Create and optimize content briefs to target user intent and boost conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ganalytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Participate in global SEO projects and knowledge sharing within the team.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SEO Manager, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Fluent in German is mandatory.
- Polish is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics.
- Proficiency with major SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
