Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines for production environments. This role is high ownership and involves solving complex infrastructure challenges for AI and GenAI workloads.

Functional Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure optimized for AI/ML workloads.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and GenAI applications.
• Automate model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of production applications.
• Implement monitoring and observability systems to track performance and uptime.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform or Ansible.
• Contribute production-grade code when needed and support web development projects.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
• Adopt an SRE mindset to enhance system resilience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with at least 1 year in MLOps/software engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS; familiarity with GCP or Azure is a plus.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform (Ansible is a plus).
• Skilled in scripting and automation with Python, Go, and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of vector databases and data-intensive systems is a plus.
• Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC is beneficial.
• Solid grasp of site reliability engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or equivalent experience.
