About the Engineer Role

Do you get excited about developing complex elements, building BIM models, and creating innovative facade solutions? As an Engineer at Facédo Geveltechniek B.V., you will dive deep into project details while maintaining a comprehensive overview. Your architectural knowledge and experience as a BIM modeller/Engineer make you an ideal candidate for our team.

You will be involved early in new projects. Once a project is initiated and handed over to the project team, you, as an Engineer, will immediately begin working on its detailed development. You will meticulously elaborate on all specifics and ensure a smooth handover to the Work Preparer. Your motivation stems from engaging and challenging projects that prioritize client satisfaction. You'll join a dynamic team comprising a Project Manager, several Work Preparers, other Engineers, and a Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities of an Engineer

• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Developing working drawings for the production and assembly of facade elements and related products.
• Identifying and reporting bottlenecks, changes, or opportunities to the Project Manager.

What You Bring to the Team

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level. A degree in architectural engineering or a related field is a plus!
• Relevant work experience, for example, in a similar role within interior finishing, facade construction, or steel construction.
• Spatial, commercial, and market-technical insight.
• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
