Global Communication Specialist (English & Spanish)

At FabricAir, we are looking for a Global Communication Specialist who can bring structure, consistency, and clarity to our global communication – and help us tell one strong, aligned story across markets. This is a unique opportunity to take on a central role with real ownership, where you will work across functions and regions to ensure that everything we communicate is connected, relevant, and on brand.
Your role and impact
As our Global Communication Specialist, you will take ownership of how we communicate externally across channels and markets. You will play a central role in shaping how FabricAir communicates globally, with a strong focus on content creation, digital communication, and brand consistency in both English and Spanish.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Own and execute FabricAir’s global communication activities across digital channels
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (news, articles, website content, social media, newsletters, presentations)
- Develop and optimize SEO-driven content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and search-friendly copy to improve organic visibility
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand alignment across all markets
- Manage and maintain the global content calendar
- Drive social media presence and engagement (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Support and execute global marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines
- Support local seminars, webinars, and exhibitions in collaboration with regional teams
- Develop case stories, thought leadership content, and customer success stories
- Coordinate and align communication with regional sales organizations
- Support PR activities, including active communication with relevant associations
- Monitor performance of communication activities and continuously improve effectiveness
- Experiment with AI-driven communication formats and automation
- Stay updated on AI trends and integrate relevant tools into daily workflows
Beyond the day-to-day execution, you will play a key role in bringing clarity and structure to how we communicate as a global organization. You will help ensure that our messages are connected and present a clear and professional voice across all touchpoints.

We Imagine That You
- Have 3–5 years of experience within communication, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Have strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Have experience working with digital platforms such as CMS, social media, and newsletters
- Have a solid understanding of SEO and digital content principles
- Are comfortable coordinating across teams, markets, and stakeholders
- Bring a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools in communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a standalone role
