Role Overview - UX Designer

The F5 AI Security team seeks a UX Designer for our AI Red Team and AI Guardrails products. Working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, data science, and QA, you will ensure a coherent, consistent, and usable experience for enterprise users. Your role involves designing complex workflows and data visualizations, aligning product strategy with user needs, and maintaining design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design: Design large-scale features, complex workflows, and data visualizations.
• Enterprise UX: Serve as expert on enterprise UX, designing for integration and decision support.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with PMs, developers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• User validation: Conduct usability tests and user feedback sessions.
• System maintenance: Contribute to and maintain the Figma design system.
• Product stewardship: Manage design backlog, UX debt and maintain cohesive workflows.
• Strategic vision: Contribute to long-term UX vision and roadmap.
• Additional duties: Assist with release notes, demos, and project management.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of UX experience in enterprise or startup settings.
• Expertise in enterprise UX for SaaS/B2B products.
• Advanced skills in Figma and common design tools.
• Experience with cross-functional agile product teams.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented, interaction, and visual design principles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
