Role Overview - Workforce Management Scheduler
This position is integral to the Customer Service Team. Working with management and supervisors, you will monitor scheduling, adherence, forecasting, and efficiency both onsite and at outsource partner centers. The role demands strong numerical skills, effective communication, and the agility to pivot with business changes.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and report on performance goals using real time systems.
- Analyze and report complex data in a clear, tailored manner.
- Identify scheduling gaps and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with forecasters to create effective staffing plans.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to manage staffing and performance.
What You Have
- At least 2 years in call center operations or related WFM roles.
- Minimum 1 year experience with WFM/RTA tools like NICE IEX or Aspect.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong time management and adaptive organizational skills.
- Nice to have: Excel proficiency and eagerness to learn and share feedback.
Compensation & Work Schedule
This role offers a national cash compensation range from $48,000 to $69,000 per year, with a schedule running Sunday through Thursday aligned with Eastern Time. Final offers consider experience, expertise, and additional factors.
