Your Role as Werkstudent Legal Operations & Transformation
Based in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, or Munich, you will work within a specialized team on projects focused on the further development, management, and transformation of legal functions for national and international clients. You will apply your legal understanding to structure, standardize, and scale legal work processes. Your diverse tasks will include:
- Contributing to transformation and digitalization projects, reimagining legal processes, workflows, and management models.
- Assisting with the analysis and structuring of processes, data, and decision-making foundations for Legal Services and Contracting.
- Gaining insights into modern Legal Operations approaches, such as process standardization, technology implementation, and collaboration with Managed Services.
- Preparing concepts, presentations, and project artifacts for internal teams and clients.
- Actively participating in translating strategy into implementable structures.
Your Skillset
We are looking for students with:
- Current enrollment in a degree program with above-average performance in a field with an economic, legal, strategic, or technical focus (e.g., Business Law, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Engineering, Law).
- Interest in organizational, process, and transformation topics, ideally within the legal environment.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1).
