Your Key Responsibilities as a Technology Strategy Transformation - Retail Manager
- Engage directly with retail organizations to thoroughly understand their unique technology needs and address critical challenges.
- Advise on advanced technology strategies, meticulously tailored to address the distinct differences between various retail segments, such as grocery and fashion.
- Support comprehensive business case development and precise deployment planning for strategic transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions spanning multiple technologies.
- Lead enterprise technology transformation projects, expertly guiding clients through the entire selection and implementation process.
- Contribute significantly to project launches and ensure successful ongoing client engagements.

- Possess strong technology acumen, demonstrated through extensive experience working across a range of platforms and solutions.
- Proven experience engaging with clients and successfully driving impactful transformation initiatives.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to articulate sector-specific challenges and opportunities intelligently.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, POS) across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization in diverse retail organizations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and superior stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Bring
- Previous consulting experience (preferred, but not strictly required).
- Industry experience gained from working within leading retail organizations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/French (preferred, but not strictly required).

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
Toronto : $110,000 to $160,000
Ottawa : $104,500 to $154,500
