Role Overview
The Talent Intelligence Analyst will join the Global Talent Insights and Analytics team responsible for aligning talent solutions, processes, and data to drive continuous improvement through digital enablement and predictive talent insights.
The Opportunity
Work on transforming external labor data into actionable insights using tools such as PowerBI, SQL, R, or Python. Collaborate with the Global Talent Intelligence Behavioral Science Lead and team members to deliver tailored Talent Intelligence solutions that drive strategic workforce decisions.
- Transform and analyze external vendor data.
- Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
- Utilize programming for data insights.
- Support continuous improvement of data models.
- Collaborate globally to generate talent insights.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Transform data from external vendors ensuring accuracy.
- Assess and improve data sources and gathering techniques.
- Leverage programming languages (R/Python) and SQL.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for visual insights.
- Conduct applied talent research to build actionable recommendations.
- Support development and delivery of intelligence reports and presentations.
- Monitor best practices and propose enhancements to current models.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
- Expertise in data engineering, visualization, and analysis.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Foundational understanding of behavioral science.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
