About the Role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst, you will join our global Talent Insights and Analytics team, supporting data-driven talent decisions through advanced analytics. You will work on transforming external labor data, building PowerBI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic workforce decisions.
The Opportunity
This role is part of the Global Talent Delivery Team. You will help build and enhance our Talent Intelligence solutions by integrating diverse data sources, leveraging programming languages such as R and Python, and using SQL for data manipulation. Your outputs will directly support EY business and talent leaders with predictive insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform external vendor data for relevance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for data visualization.
- Utilize R, Python, and SQL for data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Intelligence Behavioral Science Lead.
- Produce actionable insights and talent recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in data transformation and visualization using PowerBI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python, and in SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of labor market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
