The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Consulting at EY, you will help develop and execute recruitment strategies, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and act as a business partner to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment for a specific business area, ensuring the right talent is sourced using market knowledge and creative sourcing techniques.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment processes.
- Provide market knowledge and sourcing strategies for top talent.
- Act as an ambassador for EY culture and reputation.
- Collaborate with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers.
- Utilize recruitment tools and processes to enhance candidate experience.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Expertise in full cycle recruitment, especially in professional services.
- Strong sourcing strategies including diversity initiatives.
- Ability to assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
Qualifications
Over 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record in volume recruitment. A CHRP or related designation is an asset, along with exposure to the professional services industry.
