Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online & SPFx Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing, managing, and upgrading SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites using SPFx, React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and PnP libraries.
- Design and implement modern web parts, extensions, and adaptive cards for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
- Implement secure solutions leveraging Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and compliance best practices.
- Build responsive, accessible UI/UX aligned with Microsoft design standards.
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online features: lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and search.
- Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for SPFx solutions using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint solutions for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical documentation and user training when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in SharePoint Online development using SPFx.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, PnP JS, and Fluent UI.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, security, and governance in Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of SDLC, unit testing, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
