Our Opportunity:

EY Studio+ places data and AI at the heart of its clients' marketing and commercial strategies. To strengthen our team in its growth, we are looking for a Senior Media Team Lead Consultant. You will support our clients: startups, scale-ups, and large groups on their visibility, performance, and digital investment arbitrage challenges.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and manage digital media strategies (branding & performance).
• Activate and optimize SEA, Social Ads, Display, eRetail, DSP levers.
• Analyze performance and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Participate in tender bids and strategic audits.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop a team's skills.
• Work with our partners and our data & tech teams.

Your skills to succeed:

• Significant experience of 5 years in the media sector (agency or client-side).
• Strong data and performance culture.
• Client-facing skills and leadership posture.
• Fluent French and English.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (DSP appreciated).

Recruitment process:
