About the Role

Join EY as a Senior Manager Corporate & Private Tax to optimize tax strategies for national and international family businesses and wealthy private clients. Work within interdisciplinary Corporate Tax and Private Tax teams at various German locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide holistic tax advisory services for family businesses and private clients.
• Advise on complex corporate, income, and transformation tax laws.
• Manage tax aspects of business and wealth succession planning.
• Lead projects, coordinate multiple assignments, and motivate your team.
• Foster both professional and personal growth of team members.

Your Profile

• Completed tax advisor exam or law degree with tax focus.
• Minimum five years of experience in tax advisory for family businesses or private clients.
• Strong initiative, process efficiency and excellent communication skills in German and English.
