About the Role
EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join their global integrated service delivery network. In this role, you will shape content strategy and design for complex, regulated digital banking products.
The Opportunity
You will work with UX designers, product owners, developers, and senior leaders to establish content design practices and produce clear, purposeful content across multiple platforms. Initially focused on corporate banking, the role offers opportunities to influence content design across various business initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Shape the design practice: Establish processes, standards, voice and tone guidelines, and build templates for consistency.
- Deliver content: Write clear content for digital banking journeys and translate complex financial products into accessible language.
- Collaborate: Partner with UX designers, legal teams, and senior stakeholders while navigating corporate structures.
- Ensure quality: Review content, mentor team members, and use feedback to refine content continuously.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in content design, UX writing, or similar.
- Proven experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong skills in simplifying complex information.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design tools (Figma or similar), and accessibility (WCAG).
- Excellent command of English.
