Responsibilities
You will lead digital transformation projects with a focus on the financial services sector. Key roles include lead Business Analyst, PMO lead, workstream lead, test manager, or scrum master. You will guide delivery trajectories by coordinating project management tasks, analyzing complex business processes, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and ensuring the quality of IT solutions.
Your duties include:
- Advising clients on transformation challenges and opportunities
- Leading workstreams and project activities in large-scale implementations
- Analyzing processes and defining clear requirements and user stories
- Coordinating test strategies to ensure system quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI & Data, Cyber Security, and more
- Supporting and coaching junior team members
Team and Office
You will work with the Technology Strategy & Transformation team, focused on Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. The role is primarily in the Insurance sector and based in Amsterdam at the bustling Zuidas district, in an office environment designed for collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT & Business related fields
- Minimum 2 years of IT consultancy or delivery role experience
- Experience in roles like Business Analyst, PMO, tester, or scrum lead
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Proven analytical, communicative, and leadership skills
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe, TOGAF, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus
