Your Role

As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you will support our clients in the financial industry across Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, or Stuttgart. Your responsibilities include agile Finance Transformation, optimizing and transforming financial management (Forecast, Plan, Controlling, Consolidation, and Reporting), as well as financial processes, financial data management, Finance Analytics, and the digitalization of the finance function. You will develop holistic solutions ranging from the strategic alignment of business models to the functional concept of financial processes and architecture, through to implementation in the financial architecture and data environment. Your diverse tasks will include:

• Consulting national and international financial industry companies on the digitalization and automation of financial processes using modern Low-Code/No-Code and Agentic Automation technologies.
• Conception, development, and implementation of Generative AI-powered solutions for process automation and decision support in Finance & Controlling.
• Analyzing existing process and data landscapes, identifying potential for intelligent automation, supporting the transformation of the Finance function through Data Integration, Process Mining, AI-based Analytics, and automation, and developing suitable business cases.
• Developing prototypes and scalable applications with platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or comparable Low-Code ecosystems (e.g., Otera). This involves close collaboration with IT and specialist departments, as well as supporting change management and training.
• Integrating Agentic AI into end-to-end Finance processes (e.g., Forecasting, Reporting, Data Preparation, Workflow Orchestration).

Your Skillset

• Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable field with relevant specializations.
• Ideally, experience in modeling and implementing Automation/AI-Agent architectures or Workflow Orchestration, and initial to several years of experience in Low-Code platforms, process automation, or AI-based solutions in a banking environment or in consulting.
• Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
