Your New Role | About your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant Change Experience, you will be part of the People Consulting team. In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Applying technical skills in change management to approach complex change processes with a human-centered mindset. This includes digital changes, reorganizations, implementations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with clients and executing complex projects from planning through implementation with your team.
  • Preparing and facilitating client workshops.
  • Connecting with your clients, and proactively maintaining and building sustainable relationships. You identify and leverage commercial opportunities.
  • Ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders for impactful change initiatives.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly in the field of change.

Your Team

The People Consulting department consists of 30 HR and change management professionals who have at least one thing in common: We have a human-centered mindset and place people at the center of our assignments to make a lasting impact for our clients. We work closely across our competencies to achieve sustainable results for the client. The five competencies within our team are Change Experience, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, Digital HR, and Talent & Skills.

Your Office

Amsterdam

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a vibrant area where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1500 people are welcomed daily upon arrival. For breathtaking views of Amsterdam, go to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on new meaning with the Wavespace. This High-Tech environment brings customers and colleagues together virtually worldwide.

Your Skills and Capabilities | About your unique contribution

  • An academic background and between 3-5 years of experience in HR or change management.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Team player with the ability to integrate quickly and effectively into new teams.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Able to show resilience in stressful circumstances and perform well under pressure.
  • The ability to manage projects, analyze problems, and contribute to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.
  • Able to distinguish main from secondary issues, structure matters, and build lasting relationships.
