The Opportunity

EY’s Health Consulting practice provides comprehensive performance improvement solutions to government, public and private health care organizations across Canada. The role involves clinical and operational performance enhancement, technology and digital transformation (EHR/EMRs, automation, virtual health, analytics), strategy development, workforce strategy, and care delivery model transformation. This position collaborates closely with EY’s Government, Public Sector and Life Science practices on a national and global scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive key healthcare workstreams and deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in business development and proposal activities.
• Keep abreast of healthcare and public sector trends.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

A bachelor or master’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, or equivalent experience is required. Experience in innovation, market assessments, transformation projects, strong analytical and communication skills are mandatory. Security clearance is preferred.
