Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years of AEM development hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop front-end/presentation layer code from unique wireframes (PSDs / Figma) using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web components.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Use HTML marks to create AEM components.
- Troubleshoot and debug web applications as needed.
- Development in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment.
- Work with our business analysts to clarify requirements and solicit feedback on the system.
- Provide training and hands-on coaching with different development teams.
- Implement best practices in architecture and UI development, find alternative approaches as barriers arise, and support the development of a shared UI component library.
Knowledge and Skill:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent hands-on skills with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- AEM hands-on experience as a Front-end developer.
- Good knowledge of Adobe EDS.
- AEM knowledge to create components using HTML markups.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) is a plus.
- Good understanding of JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards.
