Opportunity
As part of EY Technology Consulting, you will lead critical data migration and conversion projects for SAP implementations and upgrades, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze and cleanse legacy data, design data mapping processes, and manage project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP data migration and conversion projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Analyze, cleanse, validate, and transform legacy data.
- Monitor progress and resolve data-related issues.
- Develop documentation and provide training on best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration and conversion. Experience in data management, governance, and leadership is required. Proficiency in SAP data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, LTMC, SAP Data Services) is essential, while Syniti experience and SAP certification(s) are a plus.
