Role Overview: Tax Payroll Advanced Analyst

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll processing services and supporting the operational aspects of payroll for multiple clients, including year-end processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering/uploading data.
• Update payroll records with changes to components like exemptions and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and more.
• Calculate payroll liabilities including federal and state taxes.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and analyze information.
• Follow policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Contribute to team efforts and support ad hoc reporting.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong team-playing skills and clear, coherent thinking.

Required Qualifications

• Prior high volume, full-function payroll experience.
• Data entry and general math proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Payroll related diploma/certificate advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Experience with large ERP systems is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
