The Opportunity

Within the CBS team, we are looking for a technical-operational profile that will support the management of internal processes, purchase orders, and operational tools, ensuring compliance with internal policies, controls, and corporate procedures within the Talent team.

Your Main Functions as an Operations Analyst Compliance & PO

• Management and monitoring of purchase orders and approval circuits at local and global levels.
• Operational support in internal tools (Bridge / management systems).
• Verification of compliance with internal policies in operational and administrative processes.
• Control of documentation and validation of requirements according to corporate procedures.
• Coordination with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Compliance).
• Identification of process deviations and proposal of improvements.
• Support in internal audits.
• Maintenance of records and basic activity reporting.

Requirements

• Education in Business Administration (ADE), Higher Vocational Training in Administration or similar.
• Experience in similar departments within multinational environments.
• Experience in:
  • Purchase orders
  • Supplier renewal
  • Internal tools / ERPs
• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Ability to work with different internal stakeholders.
• C1 English level.
