This role focuses on strategic transformation initiatives in banking and payments, enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, growth and digital innovation.

The Opportunity

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Technology Consulting, Risk Consulting, and more. Engagements include business model redesign, target operating model design and execution, process re-engineering, cost reduction, automation, and regulatory transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with C-suite clients.
  • Lead pursuit and proposal initiatives from opportunity origination to commercial negotiation.
  • Deliver complex transformation programmes on time and within risk thresholds.
  • Accelerate and develop propositions and digital transformation offerings.
  • Elevate the EY brand through thought leadership and visible market presence.

Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate has deep domain knowledge in banking and payments, regulatory challenges, transformation levers, and modern ways of working including Agile and Cloud. Relationship building with senior influencers and excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills are critical.

Previous Experience

Demonstrable sales and delivery experience in premium professional services. Experience in the industry is a plus, along with client reference abilities and a knack for engaging with senior clients.
