The Opportunity

EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a seasoned Master Data Management Senior Manager who will help clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role involves designing master data management solutions, performing maturity assessments, advising on technology roadmaps, and articulating information strategies which align with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to complex problems including technical design for master data management software covering key domains such as customer, vendor, finance, and materials.
  • Lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and develop resource plans and budgets.
  • Define and execute analytics and data governance strategies while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee master data, metadata management, and data cataloging practices ensuring data consistency and trust.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on scalable data architectures using cloud-based platforms.
  • Drive analytical model design, data pipelines, and visualization to generate actionable business insights.
  • Champion data literacy and change management initiatives across client organizations.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience with MDM tools, direct experience with SAP MDG or Informatica MDM, and a robust background in data governance and enterprise strategy. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related field with consulting experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy, preferably in oil & gas.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementations and full cycles of SAP projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on proficiency with cloud and data engineering tools like Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
