Role Overview

As a Manager Technology Strategy Transformation Cloud AI Digital, you will join the Technology Strategy and Transformation team focused on Cloud, AI, and Digital. The team works with financial institutions, primarily in banking, guiding full transformation lifecycles from strategy to execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Advise on technology strategy including AI, Legacy-to-Cloud, and Digital transformation; develop business cases and actionable roadmaps; design solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory contexts.
  • Enablement & Execution: Prepare C-level decision-making materials; lead technical streams in vendor selection and transformation programs; guide cross-functional teams across IT, Risk, and Data.
  • Growth & Thought Leadership: Lead a Go-to-Market chapter (e.g., AI, Cloud, Risk Tech) and contribute to thought leadership and proposition development.

Your Team and Work Environment

You will work with experienced technology strategists, management consultants, and industry executives on high impact client projects. The role offers a steep learning curve with both strategic and hands-on delivery responsibilities.

Office Location

Your office is located in Amsterdam at the Zuidas in the Cross Towers, featuring a high-tech environment and a breathtaking view of the city from the 22nd floor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years in industry, strategy, or system integration roles
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration patterns, and data architecture
  • Knowledge of ICT regulatory frameworks and risk governance principles
  • Certifications/skills in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and Agile or Lean delivery methods are a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch and business-level English with strong communication skills
