Your Role as a Manager ServiceNow - Technology Consulting

EY provides a robust platform for you to take ownership of ServiceNow and other technological offerings, bringing these solutions to market collaboratively with business colleagues. This role is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to eventually operate as a platform owner or practice lead.

As a foundational step in this transition, we are looking for experienced professionals to function as a Manager ServiceNow within our dedicated ServiceNow practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Translating business requirements into custom technical designs.
• Leading offshore implementation teams effectively.
• Ensuring implemented solutions adhere to design specifications and meet business requirements.
• Defining and promoting best practices in implementation, including agile methodologies.
• Mentoring junior team members and actively contributing to their professional development.
• Collaborating with non-technical disciplines, such as experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, and operational teams, to achieve optimal solutions.
• Advising clients on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and overall business success.

Your Office

The Amsterdam office is strategically located at the Zuidas, a vibrant hub for numerous companies. Our Cross Towers welcome up to 1,500 people daily, offering a breathtaking view of the city from the 22nd floor. Collaboration is redefined in our Wavespace, a high-tech environment that virtually connects clients and colleagues worldwide.

Your Skills and Strengths

To succeed in the Manager ServiceNow - Technology Consulting role, you should possess:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• A minimum of 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, with a preference for risk or security operations areas.
• Comfort and proficiency in client conversations, pre-sales activities, communication, and leading technical teams.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week.
