The Opportunity

EY’s Health Consulting practice operates nationally and globally. You will drive clinical and operational performance improvement, digital and technology transformation, strategic planning, workforce strategy, and care delivery model transformation, aiming to improve access, quality, and efficiency in healthcare.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead key workstreams and engagements to drive deliverables.
  • Guide teams to provide insightful solutions to complex client issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in business development and proposal coordination.
  • Mentor team members and foster an inclusive work environment.

Skills And Attributes For Success

You should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, or related field (MBA/MSC preferred), along with demonstrated consulting experience in the healthcare sector. Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential. Travel may require up to 80% of your work week. Security clearance is a plus.
