Junior HR Organizational Consultant

Your Key Responsibilities

The HR Transformation & Technology team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line, focuses on human capital enhancement strategies, the design of operational and organizational models, process reengineering, organizational development, and workforce sizing analysis for third-party entities, both public and private.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct client interviews and workshops to gather project information and co-design solutions.
  • Develop and implement human capital enhancement strategies to improve client organizations’ efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and optimize operational and organizational models to support clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Lead process reengineering projects to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure organizational development through the analysis and design of effective organizational structures.
  • Perform workforce sizing analyses to guarantee optimal resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project risks and potential issues in line with quality standards, ensuring maximum confidentiality.
  • Develop organizational procedures and corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic documents on emerging trends in human resource management and organizational models, support team leaders/managers in preparing client decks and project proposals.

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Problem solving, communication and teamworking skills;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
