As a Junior Functional & Performance Tester Power Platform & ServiceNow, you will design, execute, and automate test cases to validate application functionality, performance, security, and compliance. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for testing Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow applications while contributing to innovative projects and continuous learning at EY.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Testing: Analyze requirements, design test cases, perform integration and regression tests, and support UAT.
- Performance & Load Testing: Define benchmarks, conduct stress tests, analyze performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Test Automation: Develop and implement automated frameworks using tools like Selenium and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Compliance Testing: Validate compliance, support vulnerability remediation, and ensure access controls.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare test plans, manage defects in JIRA, and provide test and performance reports.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years in software testing with 2+ years in Power Platform and/or ServiceNow.
- Strong grasp of test automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
