Role: IT Strategy & Governance Consultant
Discover in practice what an IT Strategy & Governance Consultant does in the Technology Strategy & Transformation area. You will immediately become part of diverse teams and sectors, actively participating in the transformation and innovation processes of companies and Public Administrations to create an impact on the country.
Key Responsibilities
Support in Defining Companies' IT Strategy:
- Support the team in developing technological strategies aligned with our clients' objectives, optimizing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in defining evolutionary roadmaps, IT investment plans, and organizational models, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the EY network.
- Utilize your expertise to identify valuable use cases for the client to optimize costs and maximize the benefits of technological solutions.
Planning and Management of Digital Transformation:
- Guide companies through the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are aligned with the strategic vision.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to implement technological solutions that improve operations, customer experience, and market competitiveness.
Process Optimization and Change Management:
- Use agile and lean methodologies to restructure business processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Manage change management, ensuring that transformations are integrated at all organizational levels and that personnel are supported in the change process.
What We're Looking For
To begin, we are looking for a senior professional who has:
- A degree in STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, engineering), economics, or law focused on technological paths (e.g., Digital/Security specialization).
- An analytical mindset, flexibility, and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
