EY GDS – Data and Analytics (D&A) – IDMC/IICS ETL Developer - Gig

Jones is seeking an Informatica IDMC / IICS ETL Developer with strong Cloud Data Integration experience to support the design, development, and management of file transfer and data movement processes for our platform in 2025. This role will focus on building and maintaining mappings for new file transfer requests, developing transformation logic, leveraging Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Mass Ingestion, and creating or refining dashboards in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to support file transfer monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy ETL mappings in Informatica IICS/IDMC—with a focus on Cloud Data Integration (CDI)—to support new file transfer and data transformation requests.
• Build and optimize workflows for file movement and transformation, including complex mapping logic.
• Use Mass Ingestion to streamline high-volume data loads and automate ingestion pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing mappings and workflows to ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for file transfer workflows, data transformations, and dashboard enhancements.
• Enhance or create dashboards in IDMC to monitor file transfer activity across multiple environments.
• Support ongoing platform maintenance and provide incident resolution for data transfer and ingestion issues.
• Document ETL processes, technical specifications, ingestion patterns, and file transfer workflows.
• Set up and manage SSH and PGP keys in Linux to support secure file transfers and encryption requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC / IICS, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), ETL development, and building mappings for data transformation and file movement.
• Practical experience using Mass Ingestion for automated, scalable data ingestion pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and performing performance optimization.
• Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, including experience with configuring SSH keys and PGP encryption in Linux environments.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards in IDMC or similar data management/monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
