About the Role

Join EY as an FS Business Consulting Senior Consultant in Dublin. You will work within the Business Transformation Delivery practice and support financial services organizations in solving complex business challenges from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management in delivering major business transformation programmes
  • Manage and coach junior resources
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget
  • Shape creative solutions to address client business and technology issues
  • Support document creation for senior management and client stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years experience in management consulting or business analyst roles

  • Project Management or Agile certification is a plus
