The Opportunity: Project Senior Analyst-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Mumbai

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence
  • Proficient in managing and tracking customer complaints through meticulous record-keeping in a consolidated master sheet.
  • Skilled in effective communication with customers to verify complaint details and gather necessary supporting documentation.
  • Experienced in following established protocols for customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of calls and observations.
  • Adept at reviewing and categorizing complaint information according to outlined process guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Capable of collecting, analyzing, and validating evidence provided by customers to prepare detailed summaries for accurate case resolution.

Skills And Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have:

Qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Commerce
Experience
  • Upto 1 year working in handling customer complaints and investigating them to calendar and in loss monitoring and prevention.
