CNS - Risk - Process & Controls
EY Consulting builds a better working world by transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. A client-centric approach drives long-term value by solving strategic problems. EY Consulting comprises Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.
EY helps clients identify and manage the interplay between upside and downside risk, enabling long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on organizational objectives. The three key fields of play include:
- Enterprise Risk: Helps clients identify and address key risk areas, building agility to respond quickly. Focus areas include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance, and Internal controls.
- Technology Risk: Helps clients achieve sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to stakeholders. This involves assessing technology risks introduced to businesses.
- Financial Services Risk: Helps clients in the financial sector identify, manage, and monitor risks through a transformative and agile approach. This includes process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting, business requirements, analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proven ability to analyze and assess risk management processes within financial services frameworks.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing control mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on business processes.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
- Demonstrated capacity to apply analytical techniques to drive insights and support informed decision-making.
Skills And Attributes
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration
- Experience: Fresher
