Guidewire Business Analyst Manager Role

This role is part of our Financial Services Organization (FSO) focusing on technology-enabled transformation for insurers. You will work directly with clients to transform business challenges into technical solutions across areas such as Guidewire system implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims), enterprise data management, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and client engagement teams.
  • Advise clients on technology enabled transformation and process risk remediation.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with fewer years experience) in relevant field.
  • 5+ years experience defining business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in financial services or as an advisor to insurance carriers.
  • 2+ years managing business and technology analysts.
  • Experience with Guidewire and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agile SCRUM, system design, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing or enterprise integration.
  • Knowledge of planning, user acceptance testing, and management reporting.
