Overview
EY is seeking an experienced Transaction Strategy and Execution professional to serve as a Manager in Deal Management for Financial Services. In this role, you will work on complex global transactions, analyze data, and develop solutions or alternative strategies while preparing and executing separation and integration plans.
Responsibilities
- Support client service teams in developing transaction strategies
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for risk mitigation
- Prepare and execute integration and separation plans
- Manage projects and associated budgets while coaching teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
- Drive business development and facilitate professional services engagements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with less experience) in a relevant field and progressive experience in business integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, and related quantitative and qualitative analyses. Prior consulting experience in financial services and mergers and acquisitions is required. International travel up to 80% is expected.
