As the Assistant Manager - AI Due Diligence, you will support clients in evaluating AI capabilities, technology platforms, and deal technology requirements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Role Details
Working as part of the EY-Parthenon team, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting AI due diligence to assess maturity, strategy, architecture and integration readiness.
- Evaluating AI/ML models, digital platforms, and cloud infrastructures to identify risks and synergies.
- Leading technology platform assessments in M&A contexts including carve-out planning and Day 1 readiness.
- Delivering business-relevant insights through clear client reports and presentations.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on AI strategy and platform roadmaps.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of AI on business operations.
Skills and Experience
Candidates must have strong experience in technology and product due diligence, with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise data platforms, cloud environments, and software architecture. Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, ethical AI, and regulatory considerations is critical. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Qualifications
A minimum of an MBA or an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required, alongside 4–7 years of relevant experience. Experience with AI due diligence, technology platform assessments, or M&A technology consulting is essential.
